madame Tussauds

There are several Madame Tussauds in the world (including in Amsterdam), but Madame Tussauds London is the oldest of them all. Madame Tussaud learned the trade by making death masks for victims of the French Revolution. From 1835 she began to imitate celebrities and exhibit them in a place near the current Madame Tussauds.

Today, more than 300 celebrities can be seen. From sports heroes to movie icons and from music stars to Royalties, everything can be viewed. Crazy about politics? This is your chance to get your picture taken with Donald Trump. Big fan of the English Royal Family? William and Kate, Queen Elizabeth and Princess Diana can’t wait to have their picture taken with you.

In addition to wax figures, there are also interactive presentations. For example, you can see a video of Abba with the four members of Abba while they are performing.

Vladmir Putin, Christiano Ronaldo, Usain Bolt, ET, George Clooney, Lady Gaga, Marilyn Monroe, the Beatles, the Spice Girls, Tiger Woods, Yoda, they’re all here.

interactive areas

in total there are 14 interactive zones, each zone is dedicated to a theme. For example, there is the sports zone with Muhammed Ali, Rafael Nadal and Lewis Hamilton. In the movie zone, the Terminator (Arnold Schwarzenegger) can be viewed and a wax figure of the famous director Steven Spielberg can also be seen here. In the zone for world leaders you will meet Nelson Mandela and Boris Johnson.

There is a special zone dedicated to Star Wars, here you can see all the heroes from the Star Wars movies such as Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader.

Alien Escape Experience
