Battersea Power Station shopping mall

Battersea Power Station is a disused power station in the Battersea district on the south bank of the Thames. This monumental building has been converted into a slick shopping mall that has opened the doors in october 2022.

There had been plans for 30 years to rebuild the iconic building, but it never came to pass. With the help of Malaysian designers and a substantial financial contribution, something beautiful has finally been realized.

In addition to 250 shops, apartments and business spaces have also been realized. A cinema is planned for 2023. The beauty of the shopping mall is that the bricks and machinery of the past are reflected in the ceiling.

Simultaneously with the newly opened shopping centre, an underground station, Battersea Power Station, has also been completed. So if you want to shop indoor, you can easily get there with the underground.

The beauty of Battersea Power Station is that you can combine shopping with a walk along the Thames which is close by. The Battersea park with a beautiful lake and a petting zoo is also nearby.
